If your product is ineligible for return, we will email you the option of either returning the item(s) to you at your cost or will be automatically disposed of 30 days after receipt. 1. Call or email 833-733-0009 or email@example.com for RA (Return Authorization) number and shipping address
2. Must request Return Authorization Number (RA) within 10 days of receipt of hair item.
3. Items must be in original box, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, no odors and in original netting.
4. Returns must be post marked 4 days after RA is issued. Items postmarked after the 4 days will not be accepted and returned to customer minus shipping costs that will be applied to credit card that was used to order.
5. No items will be accepted without RA number
Mail the hair out. Do not mail out items in envelopes. Nothing must appear on item boxes. For your protection insure the box and get a tracking number. Coastal Wigs is not responsible for lost packages.
IN STORE CREDIT:
1. No restocking fee for the first Hair product returned for credit. After first item a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
2. Shipping costs are not refundable
3. A store credit code will be emailed to you, to use anytime within 2 days.
1. Minimum 15% restocking fee (30% for items over $500.) of the original price of the item, not what you purchased it for, will be applied to credit card that was used for all returned merchandise.

PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS ARE:
1 .In original packaging (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, in the original netting, and with tags attached) and the original packaging remain intact.
2. Odor Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return)
PRODUCTS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS ARE:
1. Costume wigs, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders
2. Any products shown to be used such as trimmed, cut, odor on product and styling product residues found on merchandise will be ineligible.
3. Products teased/feathered are considered used/damaged and will be ineligible.
4. Products with tags cut, unattached, no hair net and no tissue paper inside the cap will be ineligible.
5. Return Period. US Continental return for refund within 10 calendar days, International and military installation return for refund within 15 calendar days.
6. If a customer refuses package(s) or the package(s) is returned due to a failed delivery, we will charge a 20% restocking fee to recover return shipping costs.

Note: Customer is solely responsible for shipping any Returned product to coastalwigs.com.
We, therefore, recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns or insures your package for safe return or declares the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Failure to use any of the shipping methods will result in your responsibility to any damage or loss during shipping.
