My wife has lost all her hair because of chemo. This evening Julie spent 1-2;hours with us in a personal appointment, in the shop, after business hours. My wife tried on 12-15 different wigs and Julie was very knowledgeable about all the wigs and helped us pick out a couple that were absolutely perfect that my wife loves!!! Julies passion for her job and her kind, caring demeanor along with her private individual attention in a comfortable setting made a tough situation an absolute pleasure and a fun outing. Also. She told us that the wigs may be covered by our insurance and that she was going to handle all of the claims process and the calls that need to be made for us.
